We can make the system work for you for example, dimming the lights when you pull up Netflix on the TV or scheduling outside lights to welcome you home after a hard day, anything is possible with our systems. In combination with other Home Automation like window treatment and comfort, the system can become really effective. ‘Hey Alexa, it’s bed time’ could turn off the fire, all TV’s, draw the blinds and set your alarm to night set.

Automation
Control4 is one of the most well recognized home automation systems on the planet, for a reason. Their eco-system of products and catalogue of software drivers mean that if it’s got a network connection, our team of associate Control4 Installers can usually automate it. We use Control4 as our main automation software for all our residential technical solutions, but also install industry standard lighting control systems such as Lutron and KNX.
The control system brings every element of your home under one roof, this means you are able to control everything from your mobile phone or tablet even when you’re not at home. Around the home, we can have touchscreens or remote controls, what ever is more convenient or normal for you. Each of these devices also control every element of your home.
The power of these systems is in the customisation and programming. We get all elements personalized to your request ready for delivery, but tweaks will always be needed when starting to go live with an automation system as there is always a ‘getting to know you’ period. MBL are on hand post-handover to support our clients to make sure that the automation works for them.
Window Treatment
Automated blind and curtain systems can be programmed to operate at the touch of a button or respond automatically to events such as time of day. This also adds a level of security, giving the appearance of an occupied home.
If a room becomes too hot or you’ve loaded up a film on the projector, the blinds and curtains can also react to this through the endless possibilities of programmed home automation.

Much like our cinema rooms, we offer full bespoke designs of listening environments that give a true and immaculate representation of artists’ works.

Home automation is on hand to make your comfort experience that bit more convenient and luxurious. MBL are able to integrate all heating and air conditioning systems which can be made to turn off when you leave home or be turned up from simple one touch gestures from your phone or home touch screen. You will also be able to control your fireplace, hot tubs and swimming pools which can be optimised for the seasons and time of day.
A big part of feeling comfortable in your home is feeling secure. We can specify intruder alarms, CCTV and external sensors that combine with the system so you can always be aware of the security of your home. You will be able to view Cameras on all TV’s and set lighting to reflect the state of the alarm. Automated gates, garage doors and door locks can all be added to a system to bring seamless control, monitoring and entry through the intercom system which can be used to communicate with arriving guests as well as other in built touchscreens round the home. Very useful if you need to communicate between rooms in a home invasion situation, or shout the kids down for dinner!
