MBL prides itself on quality control and intuitive systems; however, all systems will require a level of on-going support. All our completed projects come with optional service plans that give you the peace of mind that their home continues to stay smart and fully supported.

 

Please see details below regarding what is covered by our optional aftercare packages as well as our pricing for continued support without an aftercare package in place.

Support

Handovers are often overlooked. From blinds closing ten minutes after sunset to your favourite radio station coming on with your kitchen lights in the morning, we ensure that you are comfortable with your tech and that it’s tailored to your needs. 

  • MBL provides thorough, easy to understand documentation, walkthrough’s and step-by-step guides to get you acquainted with your new smart home.

  • As you start living with your new home, you will begin to see how the technology can work better for you. We’re on hand free of charge for the first 6 months to ensure that adjustments can be made to make your living experience convenient and efficient. 

  • Occasionally, technology goes wrong at inconvenient times. For example, when hosting and entertaining. We can offer you optional priority support so in times like this, we can get you up and running as quickly as possible.

  • Our aftercare packages includes full email, phone and cloud support throughout the working week and cloud support in afterhours where possible. We always endeavour to be as responsive as possible.

Monitoring & Maintenance

In-home tune-ups and servicing are essential to every MBL aftercare package. These annual visits allow our experts to physically inspect the smart home system and schedule in preventative maintenance, perform updates and ensure that everything continues to operate as it should. We want to make sure your investment is protected.

  • The systems we install in your home can be monitored remotely by our engineers which not only reduces the need for on-site visits, but also allows any issues to be fixed as soon as they crop up. We use the latest in cloud monitoring technology which notifies our team of any outages 24/7, this means we can react immediately and get the problems sorted, often before you’ve even noticed an issue.

  • For those looking to upgrade to the biggest and best, we offer enticing AV equipment discounts to our existing clients and aftercare subscribers that will beat many retail outlets and a guarantee that they fully integrate with your home system.

Packages

Every customer of MBL is auto-enrolled onto the ‘Whole Home’ package free of charge for the first 6 months after project completion and handover. When the 6 month period comes to an end, you have the option to carry on the service schedule, details of which are below.
