  • Full time positions available for qualified electricians. With a minimum of 6 years experience as a qualified electrician, living close to the Leeds/York/Harrogate area.

    The successful applicant would be expected to work well within a team, but also have the ability to work alone and alongside other trades, our electrical installations are usually within an hours drive from Leeds. The majority of our work covers domestic properties and commercial installations.

    We provide uniform, company van and a competitive wage package for the right candidate subject to the applicant successfully completing a preliminary trial period.

    To apply you must have the following skills and qualifications:

    -Qualified to NVQ Level 3

    -IEE 18th edition

    -2391 Inspection + Testing

    -Full UK Driving Licence

    -Good people skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues alike.

    -Be able to work from Site drawings

    -ECS Card

    Salary

    £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

  • Full time positions are available for qualified plumbers and heating engineers with a minimum of 5 years qualified experience living close to the Leeds/York/Harrogate area.

    The successful applicant would be expected to work well within a team, but also have the ability to work alone and alongside other trades, usually within an hours drive from Leeds. The majority of our work covers domestic properties and commercial installations.

    Currently, we seek a skilled and motivated Estimator with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our project success by accurately assessing project costs and ensuring competitive yet profitable proposals.

    Key Responsibilities

    -Analyse project specifications, drawings, and related documents to ascertain the scope of work and necessary materials.

    -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather relevant information for accurate estimations.

    -Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, covering labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

    -Review and assess bids and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

    -Assist in crafting project proposals and budgets.

    -Maintain and update a database of cost estimates and historical project data.

    -Communicate and present estimates to project teams and clients.

    Qualifications

    -Preferably possess a degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

    -Proven experience as an estimator, preferably in the mechanical or electrical industry.

    -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    -Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.

    -Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    -Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

    -Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    -Be proactive in solving problems
