MBL Projects are proud to have been the main electrical contractor and lighting designer for an extensive re-conditioning, extending, and modernization project of a beautiful Tudor style character property. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that every detail was considered, resulting in a stunning finished product that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

One of the most significant aspects of this project was the full security system installation, including CCTV and an Intruder alarm. We understood the importance of ensuring the safety of the property and its occupants, and we worked closely with the client to design and install a system that provided the necessary level of protection.

In addition to the security system, we also installed a full networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure. This allowed the client to have seamless internet connectivity throughout the property and enabled them to take advantage of the latest smart home technologies.

One of the highlights of this project was the Pool house and games room. Our lighting design and specification were crucial in ensuring that the space was both functional and visually stunning. We worked closely with the client to select the right lighting fixtures and control systems, resulting in a space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxation.
